Data we use
When you create an account or purchase a plan, we use registration data, account identification, license and purchase records to authenticate you, enable access and administer your purchase. Support requests use the information you submit to respond. Browsing also involves technical data, such as IP address and browser information, processed by hosting and security infrastructure.
Your games and text
The interactive demo uses fictional content only. In the Windows app, translation depends on your chosen service: text sent to a provider is subject to its terms and privacy policy. Online translation sends the content needed for translation; it does not keep all processing offline.
Translation history and issue assessment
The app maintains an activity history in translation data, which may include the date, action, author identification and a processing summary. This local history does not mean that the website automatically receives all game text or files. Purchase and license records, together with relevant information you provide during support, may help verify delivery, feature usage and purchase issues. We use only the data necessary for assessment; a usage record alone does not determine the loss of a legal right.
Purposes and processing grounds
Data needed for accounts, purchases and support is processed to perform the requested service. Billing records meet applicable legal obligations. Data relevant to dispute assessment may be processed for the regular exercise of rights under Brazil’s LGPD. Technical information also supports abuse prevention and service security. Optional help-search analytics requires your consent, which you can withdraw in the footer without losing access to help.
Services involved
Operations use infrastructure, authentication, data and payment providers, including Netlify, Cloudflare, Firebase/Google and the payment methods shown at purchase. These services process information needed for their functions and may operate outside Brazil. We do not publish your account data on the product page. Processing by necessary service providers differs from public disclosure.
Protection and retention
The published website uses HTTPS to protect communications in transit. Account and administrative features use authentication and authorization controls; server credentials are not published as public content. We retain information needed for operations, support and legal obligations. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion. No system provides an absolute guarantee against every security incident.
Your choices and rights
Through LRPGM’s contact channel, you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction and deletion where applicable, as well as information about service providers. We may request information to verify your identity and protect your account. Withdrawing consent stops new optional analytics records; contact support about records already collected.
