LRPGM offline mode: how to reconnect
Understand cached access, why translation is blocked, and how to validate the session again.
What offline mode allows
When the server cannot be reached, a valid saved session can allow LRPGM to open and display the library. Exact access depends on the cached permission. Translation, review, and other actions that require account or usage validation remain blocked.
Reconnect
1. Confirm that Windows is connected to the internet.
2. Check the computer's date and time.
3. Open the profile menu and select Reconnect.
4. Wait for session and device validation.
5. Sign in again if requested.
Do not delete local data or reinstall as your first attempt. If reconnection fails, check firewall, proxy, VPN, or a temporary outage and try later. A server quota message is different from an incorrect password, so keep the exact message when contacting support.
