Advanced features
LRPGM settings: translation, performance, and backups
Learn what to change under General, Translation, Glossary, and Advanced without putting projects at risk.
General
Choose the interface language and theme. Changing the interface language does not change a translation's target language.
Translation
Select and configure engines, test connections, and adjust additional options. Enhanced context, translator tone, and network tools also appear here according to access. Proxy and Tor require a correct setup; do not enable them unless needed.
Glossary
Create terminology rules for language pairs. The screen shows current access and limits.
Advanced
- Safety backup: creates a copy before modifying the game; keeping it enabled is recommended.
- Low performance mode: reduces animations and forces a lighter library view.
- Windows integration: can add the currently available action for sending an .exe to LRPGM.
Some visible options may be marked as future or unavailable, such as starting with Windows or extra context-menu actions. They are not part of the current workflow. Select Save settings after making changes.
