LRPGM automatic renewal with Stripe: how it works

What automatic renewal means

Automatic renewal keeps a Basic or Plus plan active without requiring another purchase at every expiration. Stripe charges your card for the amount and period confirmed at checkout until you cancel renewal.

This option is available only for Basic and Plus plans paid by card. Pix and One-time payment do not create a subscription and do not charge you again automatically.

Enable automatic renewal

1. Sign in and open Profile > Plans.

2. Choose Basic or Plus and continue to purchase configuration.

3. Select an available period, such as 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

4. Under billing mode, choose Automatic period renewal. Card and Stripe are selected for this mode.

5. Review the amount and renewal frequency.

6. Continue to Stripe's secure environment, enter your card, and confirm.

7. After confirmation, open My subscription to check the plan, period, and next charge date.

The purchase becomes active only after Stripe confirms it. Do not close checkout while payment is processing.

When the next charge happens

Your card is charged at the end of the selected period. An automatic three-month purchase, for example, attempts to renew every three months at the amount shown when you subscribed. The exact next charge date is displayed under My subscription.

LRPGM keeps only one automatic renewal per account. If you already have one and start another to change plan or period, the website displays a replacement confirmation and summarizes both renewals before you proceed.

Cancel without losing the paid period

1. Open Profile > My subscription.

2. Find the renewal information or open the Stripe subscription actions.

3. Select Cancel automatic renewal.

4. Confirm Cancel at period end.

Cancellation prevents the next charge but does not immediately end access you already paid for. Your plan remains active until the date displayed on the page. Before that date, the same area allows you to Reactivate automatic renewal.

One-time payment or automatic renewal?

Choose One-time payment when you only want the selected period and prefer to decide manually whether to purchase again. Choose Automatic renewal when you want the card to renew the same period without repeating checkout. Always review the summary because promotions and conditions may differ between modes.

Frequently asked questions

Does cancelling remove my access immediately? No. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can Pix renew automatically? No. Automatic renewal uses a card processed by Stripe; Pix is a one-time payment.

Where can I find the next charge date? Under My subscription, in the plan and renewal section.

Can I change my mind after cancelling? Yes, while the subscription remains inside its paid period and appears as eligible for reactivation. After it ends, create a new automatic purchase.

Does the website store my complete card details? Card entry and processing happen in Stripe's secure environment; LRPGM receives the state required to enable and manage your subscription.
