How to download and install LRPGM on Windows

Where can I download LRPGM safely?

Use only the official Download LRPGM page. It provides both official Windows installers. Do not use copies from third-party websites or disable antivirus protection to install the application.

1. Choose the installer

On the download page, select Choose installer, then choose one option:

- Full installer: recommended. It includes the required runtime and does not require a separate .NET installation.

- Compact installer: a smaller download for computers that already have the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime x64.

Both install the same official LRPGM version. The only difference is which dependencies are bundled with the installer. LRPGM is no longer distributed as a .rar package for manual installation.

2. Open the downloaded file

1. Wait for the browser to finish downloading.

2. Open Downloads and run LRPGM_Installer_Full.exe or LRPGM_Installer_Compact.exe.

3. If Windows asks for confirmation, verify that the file came from the official page and compare its SHA-256 or VirusTotal analysis shown on the download page.

4. Do not extract, rename, or manually move internal files: the installer handles the entire process.

3. Prepare the installation

In the installer, choose your language, read and accept the Terms of Use, select the installation folder, and choose whether to create shortcuts. When ready, select Continue on the website.

4. Authorize on the website

Your browser opens the official page to authorize installation. Sign in if you want to use access associated with your plan, or choose the available free option. Complete the displayed step and keep the installer open. When finished, the website returns authorization to the installer.

5. Complete installation

The installer downloads the available Stable version, verifies its signature, size, and SHA-256 before changing the computer, and then installs LRPGM. Wait for the final confirmation. You can then open the application from the desktop shortcut, Start menu, or completion screen.

If the browser or Windows displays a warning

The official installer does not yet have a digital signature recognized by Windows. A new or uncommon download may therefore receive a reputation warning. Text and available actions vary by browser and Windows security configuration.

- Uncommon or infrequently downloaded file: confirm the exact installer name, verify that it came from this official page, and compare its SHA-256 and VirusTotal report. Keep it only when those details match.

- “Windows protected your PC” or unknown publisher: if the source, SHA-256, and analysis match and the message is only a reputation warning, open More info and use Run anyway when that option is available.

- Virus, malware, or dangerous-file detection: cancel immediately, do not run the file, and contact support. A threat detection must not be treated as a simple unknown-publisher warning.

- No option to continue: do not disable SmartScreen, Smart App Control, or antivirus protection. Keep Windows protection enabled and contact LRPGM support to verify the file and configuration.

What happens on the first launch?

When LRPGM opens, you can sign in or continue in guest mode for a trial. An account keeps your access and features connected to your profile. The application then guides you through adding your first game.

Did the download or installation fail?

- The compact installer does not open: install the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime x64 or use the full installer.

- Authorization did not return: keep the installer open, complete the browser step, and select Continue again.

- The download was interrupted: open the same installer again and retry.

- Windows displayed a warning: verify the source, SHA-256, and analysis listed on the official page before continuing.

- Installation was canceled: reopen the installer; it may reuse an authorization that is still valid.
